Winter Wonderland Festival

Join us this holiday season as the Kiran Nadar Museum of art transforms into a Winter Wonderland! The Winter Wonderland becomes a true winter marvel that you don’t want to miss out on this holiday season. Prepare for a weekend-long bounty of seasonal delights where we can enjoy Christmas activities for everyone to soak up the holiday cheer alongside the whole family! Come together for a programme creative artistic session and create your own unique artworks inspired by Christmas holidays.

Get into the festive spirit from wreath-making, candle making and ornament making workshops to winter illuminations.

List Of Activities

  1. Holy family in a star
    17th December; 11am – 1pm
    Learn to create a miniature colourful nativity scene of the Holy Family using soft clay in a star. This simple DIY Holy Family Nativity set will be perfect to create in your own unique way and add to the other Christmas decorations this year.

  2. CANDLE MAKING
    17th December; 12pm – 1:30pm
    Join us for a candle making workshop to create attractive and elegant candles. Decorate with us, beautiful candles and embrace designs using freshly pressed flowers and leaves and vivid colours into your candle designs. Add these alluring Christmassy candles to your holiday décor and brighten your home.

  3. WREATH MAKING WORKSHOP
    18th December; 11am – 1pm
    Set your most creative festive spirit free and make a beautiful show-stopping festive wreath using wrapped ribbon technique and evergreens–Choose from assorting flowers, twigs, dry leaves, ferns and foliage to create your masterpiece. Explore the technique of creating the most versatile decoration you can use to bring some traditional warmth into your home at Christmas time. A truly original ornament that you can use in countless ways for many years to come.

  4. Ginger Bread House Decorating Workshop
    18th December; 2:30pm – 3:30pm
    Learn to decorate your edible gingerbread with beautiful icing and fun toppings this Christmas! Each participant takes home a gingerbread house!

  6. Ballet Recital
    Join us for a special Christmas Recital by Ballerinas from Nikolina Nikoleski Dance Academy at Kiran Nadar Musuem of Art, Saket. As part of Winter Wonderland, The Musuem bring forward a series of Festive perfomances and workshops on 17th & 18th December. The set ranges from Christmas classics like the Sugar Plum Fairy to contemporary numbers from Micheal Bublé.
